What began as a thank-you for friends and family is now cast by hand in Berlin: white chocolate tartufi with carefully chosen nuts and a touch of Maldon salt.
Tartufi come in boxes of 4, 6 or 12: all pistachio, all hazelnut, or mixed. Each tartufo weighs 15 g.

The first tartufi were gifts: a thank-you for friends, family and acquaintances. They went down so well that Fanny Tartufi grew out of them.
Behind them is a love of Italy and of pâtisserie. Carefully chosen chocolate and nuts, made by hand in Berlin.
The best-before date is on the seal of every box. From the day they are made, the tartufi keep for [shelf life, e.g. 6 weeks].
Somewhere cool and dry, as it says on every band. White chocolate likes neither sunshine nor radiator heat.
Milk (whole milk powder), soy (lecithin) and, depending on the flavour, pistachios or hazelnuts. Traces of other tree nuts, gluten and peanuts are possible. The full ingredient list is under “Ingredients and nutrition” for every box above.
They are not vegan, as they contain milk. None of the ingredients contain gluten, but traces cannot be ruled out.
